We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
  • The wrong item was delivered (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or style).

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 1.

4. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Accessories (e.g., hats, belts)

6. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  2. Provide details about the item and proof of purchase.
  3. Once approved, an exchange would be arranged at an additional cost of $45.

The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning items.

7. Right to Refuse

Urban Addiction reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
